Who We Are

Schneck Engineering was founded by Justin Schneck, PE. Justin is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana with over a decade of experience in civil engineering design, construction inspection, and public infrastructure management.

Justin most recently served as the County Engineer for Morgan County, Indiana where he was responsible for the asset management of nearly 690 miles of roadway, 157 bridges, and thousands of additional infrastructure assets. In this role, he managed annual budgets, guided capital improvement planning, and supervised the design and construction of locally and federally funded projects.

Prior to his public sector role, Justin spent nearly a decade in private consulting engineering, serving as both a design engineer in the office and resident project representative on the construction site. His experience includes projects involving roadway reconstruction, bridge replacement and rehabilitation, small structures and culverts, trails, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, maintenance of traffic planning, and regulatory permitting.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a structural concentration from Purdue University in 2014.

With experience working closely with municipalities, developers, and contractors, Schneck Engineering brings a practical perspective focused on efficient design and successful project delivery.

Justin currently resides in Gosport, IN with his wife, Danae, and son, Lane.
